Yes, we ship our cookies across the country. Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours and shipped via expedited carrier to ensure they arrive soft and delicious.
Are there gluten-free or vegan options available?
While we currently specialize in traditional recipes, we are working on expanding our menu. At this time, all our cookies are baked in a facility that handles wheat, dairy, and eggs.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 24 hours for a replacement or refund.
Can I include a gift message with my order?
Absolutely! During the checkout process, you will find a 'Gift Message' field where you can write a personalized note that we will include in the box.
How should I reheat my cookies for that 'fresh out of the oven' taste?
